Access Statement

Hostel accommodation is split over 2 floors which can be accessed by either lifts or stairs. The first floor is entirely step-free, the second floor corridor is split by 3 steps in two places. Should you have any particular requirements or needs, it would be helpful if you let us know at the time of making a reservation, so that we may endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have a fully accessible en suite twin bedroom which may be booked in advance, subject to availability. There is one step to the entrance of the hostel, but there is a step-free alternative entrance via the Lancaster Hall Hotel. There are no steps to the  breakfast room. There is an accessible toilet situated on the ground floor.
